Abstract:The skid-mounted reciprocating compressor is the key equipment for shale gas exploitation,and the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is an important guarantee for the safe operation of equipment.The structure of the skid-mounted reciprocating compressor is complicated,and its state-related working condition data is large and the relationship is complicated.In addition,a certain number of vibration sensors are required to realize state monitoring,and establishing an efficient and stable monitoring platform based on state monitoring and fault diagnos is very important.The paper introduced a platform for compressor remote online monitoring and fault diagnosis based on the Internet of Things framework,discussed the overall design structure and characteristics of the platform,fault analysis modules,and gave specific application examples,which have achieved good application results.
