Abstract:In this paper,the middle process tube billet of Zr-Sn zirconium alloy is prepared by two kinds of annealing processes.Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)is used to observe the microstructure and morphology of the tube billet,and the size of the second phase is statistically analyzed.Finally,the corrosion performance of the tube billet is analyzed.The statistical results of SPPS show that the selection of annealing procedure has a significant effect on the size and morphology of SPPS.The amount of precipitated phase in sample A is obviously more than that in sample B,and the size is relatively larger.Corrosion results show that Trex tube blank annealed by process A is more resistant to uniform corrosion.
