摘    要:针对20MnSi热轧带肋钢筋焊接异常断裂现象,进行模拟焊接及拉伸试验,通过对钢筋的理化测试及试验结果统计分析发现碳当量偏高、金相组织异常是造成带肋钢筋焊接拉伸脆断的主要原因,并提出控制碳当量上限、控制终轧温度等措施。

Abstract:The main reason of the welding brittle fracture for 20MnSi fibbed steel bars is owing to high carbon equivalent and unusual metallurgical structure, the method of the control the carbon equivalent and finishing temperature is put forward through the simulation tests,examination and statistical analysis according to the brittle fracture phenomenon of the welded 20MnSi reinforced bar.
