| 摘 要： | 通过调整聚氨酯树脂的生产配方,用乙二醇和/或聚乙二醇取代1,4-丁二醇和己二酸合成的聚酯多元醇,充当聚酯树脂的柔性链段,同时,用乙二醇等相对分子质量低的二元醇取代1,4-丁二醇作扩链剂,从而减少1,4-丁二醇的用量,降低湿法MD-240树脂的材料成本。

| Abstract: | s:The cost of MD-240 resin by wet-process is reduced through adjusting the formulation of polyurethane resin, that is, the usage of 1,4-dibutol is lowered by using EG and/or PET instead of 1,4-dibutol as flexible segment, using low molecular di-alcohols such as EG instead of 1,4-dibutol as chain extender. |
