| 摘 要： | 中小企业服务体系建设是促进中小企业发展的有效策略。江苏省中小企业服务体系的建设既取得了突出性的成就,也存在着严重的不足。中小企业服务体系建设的策略性分析可以为中小企业服务体系的完善提供现时性的理论借鉴,进而促进江苏省中小企业的成熟与发展。

| Abstract: | The service system construction for SMEs is an effective strategy for SME development. There are both outstanding achievements and serious deficiencies in Jiangsu Province about it. The strategies analysis of SMEs service system construction may provide current theory reference for SMEs to improve service system, thus contributing to the advancement of maturity and development of SMEs. |
