曲臂花键内径棱圆的成因及其解决办法

摘    要:分析了曲臂花键内径棱圆误差产生的原因,并从提高花键滚刀的精度和装刀系统精度入手,提出了具体的解决办法,从而将使棱圆误差从原来的0.1~0.2mm减小至0.03~0.05mm,提高了产品的质量。

Abstract:The cause of interior Prismatic roundness error of crank arm splines was analyzed. Through enhancing the accuracy of spline hobs and their fixing. systems. a solution wasfound to reduce the prismatic roundness from original 0. 1- 0.2mm to 0. 03-0.05mm
