| 摘 要： | 介绍了2,4-二硝基氯苯的几种合成工艺:间歇式硝化法、连续硝化法、绝热硝化法、连续绝热硝化法等.分析了各种工艺的现状和优缺点,指出连续绝热硝化法是2,4-二硝基氯苯合成工艺的发展趋势,建议大力研发该合成工艺.

| Abstract: | Some synthesis techniques,such as semi-batch nitration,continuous nitration,adiabatic nitration,continuous adiabatic nitration, etc.,are briefly introduced.The status,advantages and disadvantages of the technology are analyzed.It is pointed out that the continuous adiabatic nitration method is thought as the favorite synthesis process.It is suggested that the continuous adiabatic nitration technique should be studied and developed emphatically. |
