掺碘对石墨导电涂料性能的影响

摘    要:研究了石墨—聚苯乙烯—苯、石墨—醇酸清漆—稀释剂、石墨—硝基清漆—稀释剂3种涂料中分别掺入碘后对涂料导电性能的影响.实验表明,掺碘后3种涂料的导电性分别提高到3.1倍、4.5倍、13.1倍.其增导机理有一是生成石墨—碘传荷络合物,二是碘与聚合物反应生成了极性基团.在相同情况下,溶液型涂料导电性高于溶胶型涂料.

Abstract:The I 2-doping effects on the electric conductivities of three kinds of paints:Graphite-polystyrene-benzene,Graphite-alcohol acid Varnish-dilute and Graphite-nitro-Varnish-dilute is studied.After being I 2-doping, the electric conductivity of three paints are raised 3.1,4.5,13.1 times respectively.The increased conduction mechanism is that:(1)the graphite-iodine charge transfer complex is produced;(2)the iodine reacts with polymer to produce the polar group.Under the same condition,the conduction of the solution paint is stronger than the sol paint.
