| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会对体育事业发展提出了新的要求,赋予了体育事业提高人们生活质量、促进经济发展、实现区域体育事业和谐发展等新内涵。在全面建设小康社会进程中体育事业的发展要把握经济实力提升、人们消费水平提高等机遇,正视体育事业供给能力不足、区域性差异明显等挑战,切实加大体育制度改革创新力度,探索体育事业多形式发展,建立与社会经济相适应的管理机制,重视区域差异,真正实现体育事业的全民化。

| Abstract: | To build better lives in China,physical education face the new challenges to serve for the development of(economy),the harmonious development of regional physical education and sports industry,and the promotion of people's(living) standard.The shortage of sports facilities and great difference of sports facilities and sports industry among various(regions) should be sensibly resolved through creative reform in physical education system and policy,making physical (education) harmoniously nationalized. |
