基于sam多小波的图像压缩

摘    要:图像压缩是多媒体的关键技术之一,寻求好的图像压缩方法是一个重要的研究方向。多小波拥有对称性、正交性、有限支撑等重要特性弥补了单小波的不足,提出了一种新的图像压缩方法,该方法以sam多小波变换为基础。实验证明,该方法具有很好的压缩效果,在一定的压缩比下可达到很高的峰值信噪比。

Abstract:Image data compression is one of the key technologies in muhi-medium. To find a new good method to processd data compression is an important research orient. Multi-wavelet has som every important properties such as orthogonality, symmetry, and short support, which makes up for the shortcoming of scalar wavelet, propose a new image compression method which based on sam multi-wavelet transform. The resuits show that the new method can obtains high peak signal-to-noise ratio.
