| Abstract: | Glycolipid biosurfactants were mainly produced by micro-organisms with a high surface activity of biological molecules, non-toxic and biodegradable. The properties, fabricating methods and research status of glycolipid biosurfactants were reviewed. And the development direction of glycolipid biosurfactants was discussed also. |
