摘    要:采用工业电视摄像机摄取回转窑内煅烧火焰图像,计算机通过图像处理卡获取火焰图像数据,然后进行图像数据处理,滤波,计算出窑内温度,以此作为控制回转窑窑内温度的主要参数,达到“计算机看火”的目的。工业实践表明上述方法成功地解决回转窑燃烧区温度测量难题。

Abstract:An industrial television camera is used to take the flame image of calcining zone in rotary kiln. The data of image is transmitted to a computher through a video processing card inserted in the computer. Then, the data are processed, filtered, and transformed into temperature data, which is a major feedback signal for control. The workers call these as" watching the state of flame by computer". This paper presents a real system. The industrial experiments show that the means above is successful to measure the temperature of calcining zone in rotary kiln.
