| 摘 要： | 从定额计价存在的问题以及清单计价的竞争性着手,结合实际案例,对工程量清单计价模式与定额计价进行了对比分析,从而得出清单计价相对于定额计价的优势,同时指出实现完全清单计价需要改进的方面,以利于工程量清单计价模式的实现。

| Abstract: | In view of the questions existed in fixed quota pricing and competition of engineering bill pricing,combined with real cases the engineering bill pricing mode and fixed quota pricing mode are comparatively analyzed.The advantages of the former are summarized,at the same time improvement suggestions are proposed in order to carry out the application of engineering bill pricing mode. |
