转子斜极对永磁开关磁链电机性能影响的研究

摘    要:永磁开关磁链电机兼具开关磁阻电机和永磁无刷电机的优点,结构简单、转矩和能量密度大、效率高,而且具有良好的弱磁能力。但是这种电机的齿槽定位转矩或不对称径向力一般也比较高。分析了转子斜极对其不对称径向力、齿槽定位转矩和反电势等性能的影响,并用两种不同结构的电机进行对比研究。研究表明,采用合适角度的转子斜极可以使电机各项性能得到明显改善。

Abstract:PM flux switching machines contain the merits of both switched reluctance machine and PM machine, such as the simple structure, high torque density and efficiency, as well as the flux-weakening capability. However, their cogging torque or unbalanced radial force is usually high, deteriorating the machine performance. In this paper, the influence of rotor-skewing on the machine performance, such as the unbalanced radial force, cogging torque and back EMF, is analyzed, with two different prototypes being comparatively studied. It is verified that the machine performance can be significantly improved with appropriate rotor-skewing.
