摘    要:简要介绍了坐标测量机的发展动态及新型虚拟轴三维坐标测量机构3—RRC的测量原理,并用运动影响系数法对其进行了运动分析,为测量机的运动性能评价提供了理论依据。借助于ADAMS软件进行动态仿真,检验了理论推导的正确性,提供了机构的运动学特性曲线。

Abstract:The paper describes the developments of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and measuring principle of a new virtual CMM based on 3-RRC parallel mechanism briefly. Its velocity and acceleration are analyzed by using the method of kinematic influence coefficients. It provides theoretical base for appraising the kinematic properties of CMM. Then its dynamic simulation is set up with the help of software ADAMS.The correctness of theoretical inference is checked and the kinematic property diagram of the mechanism is also provided.
