天然色素的超临界流体萃取研究

摘    要:本文重点综述了超临界流体技术在萃取天然色素中的应用成果,首次以天然色素的分类作为切入点,采研究超临界二氧化碳萃取不同种类色素的可行性,就其萃取理论和研究成果等方面进行了总结.最后探讨了超临界C02在萃取天然色素方面存在的不足之处和尚需解决的问题.

Abstract:This paper introduced the theoretical and productive achievement in natural pigment, including the development of supercritical fluid extraction (SCFE). Then the application of SCFE in natural pigment was mainly described .The type of pigment was firstly taken into consideration, in order to explore the feasibility of SCFE extracting different kind of pigment. The related extracting theory and experimental research were summarized in the following content. In the end, the article explored the weakness of SCFE extracting pigment.
