稀土对激光熔覆生物陶瓷涂层纵截面组织形貌的影响

摘    要:在Ti6Al4V合金表面进行激光熔覆处理,所得的生物陶瓷涂层的质量,受到涂层组织结构的重要影响,稀土则是影响涂层组织形貌的重要物质.采用激光熔覆处理单纯钛合金、钛合金和涂层原料及预熔钛为过渡层的生物陶瓷涂层,对比研究了稀土对其纵截面的组织形貌的影响.结果显示:稀土对涂层具有降低开裂倾向的作用.因此,在涂层原料中寻找适当比例的稀土可以有效降低涂层的裂纹敏感性.

Abstract:The practical effect of Y_2O_3 on structural morphology of bioceramic coating by laser cladding is reported.The laser coatings with Y_2O_3 and without one are contrastively obtained and structural morphology of the laser composites is evaluated by scanning electric morphology(SEM).These SEM results show that numbers of the cracks in the laser coatings with Y_2O_3 is remarkably reduced,and volume of cracks with rare earth is evidently deflated.Accordingly it is impossible to obtain the good structural morphology of the laser coating with correct proportion of rare earth.
