摘    要:考察了硼杂原子ZSM-5沸石催化剂高温水汽处理以及[B]ZSM-5先离子改性后水汽处理和先水汽处理后离子改性所制备的沸石催化剂对甲苯/乙烯烷基化反应的选择性催化作用。结果表明:水汽处理是提高催化剂活性稳定性的有效方法,离子改性与水汽处理顺序对烷基化反应有影响。并采用TPD、IR法表征了催化剂的酸性。

Abstract:The selective catalysis of ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts treated with steam at high temperature and modified by the cation before treated with steam or treated with steam before modified by the cation to the alkylation of toluene with ethylene was studied. It is found that the steam treatment is a good method to increase the active stability of ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts. The order of cation modification and steam treatment strongly influences the alkylation reaction. The acidity of ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts is characterized with TPD and IR.
