摘    要:本文提供了用于减小系统待机功耗的几种技术的分析比较,并对消耗家用电器大部分功率的开关电源(SMPS)的电路,以及计算它们功耗的方法,还有减少它们影响的措施进行了评估。本文探索讨论的减小待机功率的方法有:频率折叠、周期跳空,各种启动电路的影响,以及开关损耗。

Abstract:this paper provides analysis and comparisons of different techniques used to reduce a systems standby power consumption. This paper will review the circuits within a switch mode power supply (SMPS) that consume the majority of the power along with methods to calculate their power dissipation, and ways to reduce their affect. The methods for reducing standby power that will be explored in this article are: frequency foldback, skip cycle, the effect of different types of start-up circuits, and switching losses.
