| 摘 要： | 近期财政部综合司就《散装水泥专项资金征收和使用管理办法》紧急征求水泥行业意见(报道见后)。中国水泥协会依据手中掌握的大量资料代表全行业出台此项意见,明确重申观点,反对继续向水泥企业征收散装水泥专项资金。
