飞机空中授油过程中的管路动力学分析

摘    要:本文针对飞机空中授油管路易断裂的问题,对授油探头收、放过程做出类似单摆的动力学分析模型,就管路长度、收放速度及加速度、探头质量、空气阻力等相关因素做出力学分析和适当假设,并通过软件仿真授油探头收放过程中的受力情况,给出管路关于不同相关因素的受力曲线图,对提升授油过程成功率,正规化空中授油工作操作规范,保护管路良好具有一定的现实意义。

Process of Aircraft Air Coolant Pipeline Dynamic Analysis

Abstract:According to the fracture on the problem of aircraft oil pipe easy crack in the air,this paper research the process of oil probe’s charging or discharging like a simple pendulum,and build a mathematical model about it.The model makes appropriate assumptions and dynamic analysis on the pipeline length,the velocity and acceleration of the probe,the weight of the probe,the air resistance and other related factors.The model has been simulated by software on the pipeline’s stress condition in work progress and made the diagram on the pipeline for different factors.There will be some practical significance on enhancing the success rate of oil outputting process,regularization of air coolant specification and protecting the pipeline.
