机车枕簧故障光电动态检测研究

摘    要:根据铁道部"5T"系统的要求,对机车在高速运行过程中,底盘上的枕簧可能出现的脱落、移位窜出的故障,进行实时监控。采用高速CCD摄像机在机车底盘进行摄像,对所摄图像通过设计的软件进行数字图像处理,发现相应故障并及时报警。

Abstract:According the demand of the "5T" system of the Ministry of Railways, focus on the malfunctions of the locomotives springs may happen, such as lost or displaced when the locomotives run with a high speed.The application can process the digital images which are took under the locomotives with high speed CCD camera and give a warming sign to the missionaries who are examine and repair the locomotives when there are some malfunctions been detected .
