空压机远程在线监控系统的设计

摘    要:为了保证压风系统工作的稳定及可靠性,应用PLC和InTouch组态技术,设计了一套空压机远程在线监控系统,对空压机进行实时在线监控。监控系统以PLC为核心,建立了系统硬件结构,并编写了PLC主程序;并利用InTouch组态技术设计了上位机监控软件。目前该系统运行良好,有效提高了空压机房的工作效率,实现了自动化管理的目标。

Abstract:In order to guarantee stable and reliable work of the air pressure system,a remote on-line monitoring and controling system of air compressor has been designed to monitor and control air compressor through on-line in remote place all the time,used the technology of PLC and InTouch.It establishs the hardware system and PLC main program based on the PLC,and SCADA software based on InTouch followed.However,having improved work efficiency,the system is running well and has achieved the goal of automated management.
