WebGIS has completely applied Internet and Web Services,taking advantage of ArcGIS10 softwares to render and revise the maps according to their standards,System-based Geodatabase&its Geoprocessing procession must be respectively described and illustrated.HTML5 is enhancing and improving the basic technology standards of network and Web softwares’application development and optimizing basic elements of Web structure,also is the primary programming language for the Web Map design.Making full use of HTML and JAVASCRIPT has programmed for the designed Web Map modules and tried to test these Web Apps’functions plus the operations’applications of the modules via local IE9.In detail,analyzing the command tool module of Web Map and their applications’functions.it analyzes Web Map software technologies as well as implies this kind of necessity and usability to apply Web Services to developing the geographic information applications.
