| 摘 要： | 综述了湿法烟气脱硫装置的防腐现状和腐蚀原因，并依据系统不同区域的主要设备、管道的腐蚀环境及腐蚀程度，结合各种防腐材料的特点、工程造价等综合因素，推荐了相应的防腐材料及工艺方法。提出了通过控制脱硫系统的运行参数来缓解湿法烟气脱硫装置腐蚀的措施。

| Abstract: | A review was made of the corrosion resistant status and corrosion causes of the wet FGD systems,some corresponding corrosion resistant materials and technologies were recommended based on the comprehensive factors,such as the corrosion environments and corrosion levels of the major equipment and pipes in various areas,the characteristics of various corrosion resistant materials,engineering fabrication costs and so on.A method was derived by controlling the operation parameters of the FGD systems to slow up their corrosion. |
