土体固结剂(HEC)固化三峡工程弃渣试验

摘    要:粉末状高强高耐水土体固结剂(HEC) ,不仅可用来固化各种土体,使之具有强度、耐水性和耐久性,而且还可以作为混凝土的胶凝材料,其特点是掺量少、固结范围广、固结体强度高、水稳定性好、使用简便、就地取材、降低工程造价、缩短施工周期等。利用HEC 对三峡风化砂、碎石屑等弃渣和毛料进行了固化试验研究,结果表明,HEC 的固结体具有良好的物理力学性能和耐久性能,可用于路基、路面、挡墙、护坡、护砌等工程。HEC 的开发为合理而有效地利用三峡工程弃渣开辟了一条新途径

Abstract:Powdery high strength and water tolerance earth consolidator (HEC) not only can consolidate various earth materials to make them have higher strength,water tolerance and durability,but also can be used as cementing material of concrete.The consolidation test has been made on the TGP's weathered sand,fine crushed stone and natural aggregate.The test results demonstrate that the consolidated material has good physical,mechanical and durable characteristics and can be used for projects such as road bed,pavement,retaining wall,revetment and lining etc.. The development of HEC will provide a new way to treat TGP's spoil material reasonably and effectively.
