摘    要:深入研究了液 -液水力旋流器的流动机理和分散油相的流动特点及处理方法 ,并采用计算流体力学的原理和方法 ,建立了研究液 -液水力旋流器的物理模型、修正的三维k -ε模型 (即RNGk -ε模型 )和分散油相的代数滑移混合模型ASM。以SIMPLER算法为基础 ,研究了数值计算方法并做了实例计算。通过数值计算得到了液 -液水力旋流器内流体流动的速度矢量图、流线图和油相及水相等浓度分布图。计算结果与理论分析一致 ,证明了模型和算法的正确性 ,为进一步研究旋流器的结构优化、粒子跟踪和旋流器特性参数对分离效率的影响及旋流器性能预测等打下了良好基础

Abstract:The deoiling hydrocyclone offers substantial savings in space and weight compared to the conventional oil water separation system. Its performance, however, is affected by several factors such as the dynamics of the bulk flow field and interaction of oil/water and so on. This makes the hydrocyclone ideally suited to be numerically simulated by CFD. This article presents the RNG k ε model, which is modified from standard k ε model, to simulate the anisotropic turbulent flow in the hydrocyclone and the algebraic slip mixture (ASM) model to model oil/water two phase flow. The relevant computational method is investigated based on the SIMPLER algorithm, and an example of calculation is given. The velocity vectograph and motion pattern of the flow in the hydrocyclone and the isoconcentration distribution diagram of the oil phase are calculated. The calculation results accord with the results of the theoretical analysis, and this proves the models and algorithm correct. The simulation results are helpful to the further investigation in the structure and performance of the deoiling hydrocyclone.
