低浓度六价铬样品回收率测定中加标量问题的探讨

摘    要:通过对大量低浓度环境样品六价铬的加标回收率测定表明:加标量控制在方法测定下限的4倍时,加标回收率样品能达到100%合格,加标量在测定下限的3倍时,合格率可达85.7%,如果加标量过低,则很难达到合格要求。

Abstract:With a lot of determination results of the adding standard matter recovery rate of low concentration Cr +6 Specimen,this paper concludes that,the recovery rate can be up to 100% when the adding standard matter amount is controlled at 4 times as the lower limit of methodological determination,and it could reach 85.7% at 3 times.If the amount is too low,it is very hard to achieve the usual limits of the rate stated.
