大流量安全阀动态性能试验台设计及仿真研究

摘    要:新国家标准对液压支架用安全阀的动态性能的试验要求较旧标准多出了公称流量启溢闭特性试验,而目前大流量安全阀动态性能试验台大多只能对其冲击特性进行试验。因此,设计了以蓄能器快速加载为特点的大流量安全阀试验台,以满足新国家标准的要求,并采用了AMESim软件对试验台液压系统进行仿真,结果表明该试验系统的流量和压力曲线符合新标准要求。

Simulation Study and Design of Dynamic Performance Testing Bench for Large Flow Safety Valve
Abstract:New national standard of hydraulic support safety valve dynamic performance test bench compared to the old standard, there is one more of a nominal flow opening, overflowing and closing characteristic test, while the current large flow safety valve dynam-ic performance test bench mostly only has impact properties of testing. Therefore, energy storage device was used to design for fast load-ing for characteristics of high flow safety valve testing bench, in order to meet the requirements of the new national standard, and the AMESim software to test rig hydraulic system simulation. The results show that the flow and pressure curve of the test system is in ac-cordance with the new standards.
