摘 要: | 将伺服控制理论与液阻网络理论相结合,介绍一种具备目标曲线控制功能的压力控制阀。该压力控制阀特点是可以实现系统的压力与时间特性曲线控制。通过AMESim建模仿真,分析了该阀的关键参数对性能影响。实验结果表明:仿真模型准确,通过调整关键阻尼参数可以实现系统目标曲线控制。

Simulation Analysis and Application of Pressure Control Valve Based on AMESim |

Abstract: | A kind of pressure control valve was introduced for the target pressure curve control through the servo control theory combined with hydraulic resistances network theory.This valve could realize the control of pressure and time characteristic curve.The effects of key parameters on its performance were analyzed through AMESim simulation.The experimental results show that the simula-tion model is accurate and the valve can realize the system target pressure curve control by adjusting damping parameters. |
