摘    要:基于企业应用集成原理,提出一种产品数据管理(Product Data Management,PDM)系统与CAM系统集成的方法。利用基于MFC的UG二次开发技术,将PDM系统嵌入UG软件,实现了PDM与CAM系统之间的软件操作功能交互与数据传递,在PDM集成框架下同时进行工艺数据管理与数控工艺编程。该方法提高了企业产品信息集成管理水平,加快了产品开发效率。

Research of PDM/CAM Integration Method Based on Redevelopment of UG
Abstract:Based on the principle of enterprise application integration, an integration method of PDM and CAM systems was proposed. Using the technology of redevelopment of UG based on MFC, PDM system was embedded in UG software. Function interaction of software operation and data transfer were to be realized between PDM and CAM systems by the integrating. In the integrating framework of PDM, process data management and NC programming were carried on concurrently. The method improve product information management efficiency and product development efficiency for the enterprise.
