卷取机夹送辊液压伺服单、双腔控制回路的分析与比较

摘    要:卷取机前夹送辊是热轧带钢生产线上的一个重要设备,该设备的性能直接影响着卷材的卷取质量。通过分析卷取机前夹送辊工作原理及液压伺服单、双腔两种控制回路,建立单、双腔液压伺服控制回路仿真模型,在相同条件下进行仿真分析,通过对位置和压力闭环仿真曲线和实际生产曲线的对比分析,得出单腔控制回路的稳定性优于双腔控制回路、而双腔控制回路的快速性优于单腔控制回路的结论。

Analysis and Comparison for Single chamber and Dual chamber Servo Hydraulic Control Loops of Coiler Pinch Roll
Abstract:The pinch roll before coiler is the important equipment in hot strip mill.Its performance directly affects the quality of coil.The principles of the pinch roller and the single-chamber and dual-chamber servo hydraulic control loops were analyzed.The simu-lation models of the single-chamber and dual-chamber servo hydraulic control loops were established.Under the same conditions of sim-ulation analysis, by comparing the position and pressure closed-loop simulation curves with the actual production curves, the conclusion is that the stability of the single-chamber control loop is better than that of the dual-chamber control loop, but the rapid response of the dual-chamber control loop is better than that of the single-chamber control loop.
