基于机器视觉的工件识别系统

摘    要:针对生产制造过程中枯燥的零件识别、分拣等工作,利用Lab VIEW建立了具有机械视觉的识别系统。通过对工作区内零件进行图像采集、处理,甄别不同形体的零件以实现零件的分拣工作,可以极大促进生产的自动化程度,提高生产率。最后通过实验验证了设计的实用性。

Recognizing System of Workpieces Based on Machine Vision
Abstract:According to the boring act of workpieces about recognizing, classing ect, a recognizing system based on machine vi?sion system was developed with LabVIEW software. The images of the workpieces were collected and processed, then workpieces with different shapes were discriminated and sorted. It was significant for promoting the automatic production level and improving the produc?tivity of company. At last experimental results validated the practicability of the design.
