汽车齿轮试验机电主轴优化设计

摘    要:以一种汽车齿轮监测电主轴为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench优化设计功能,对主轴的悬伸量、跨距和电机转子安装位置进行优化设计。优化后,主轴径向变形减少8.7%,轴向变形减少3.3%。经出厂测试,在最大转速2 000 r/min时,噪声仅为65 d B,最大振动值为0.456 m/s~2,更好地满足了设计要求,提高了主轴质量。

Optimization Design of Motorized Spindle of Gear Monitoring
Abstract:Taking a kind of automobile gear monitoring motorized spindle as the research object, based on the optimization design function of finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the shaft overhanging volume, span and the installation position of mo?tor rotor were optimized. After optimization, the spindle radial deformation was decreased by 8?7%, the axial deformation was de?creased by 3?3%. The factory test showed that at a maximum speed of 2 000 r/min, the noise was only 65 dB, the maximum vibration value was 0?456 m/s2 . So the optimized motorized spindle can better meet the design requirements, the quality of the spindle is im?proved.
