摘    要:以往石油管锥螺纹检测主要以螺纹规检测为主,针对其人工检测效率低、受人为因素影响大等弊端,提出了一种非接触在机螺纹检测方案。该方案基于激光三角法原理,通过镜面反射的安装方式将高精度激光测头用于检测内外管锥螺纹,将测得的数据利用滑动窗体自适的莱以特准则剔除跳跃点,再利用最小二乘法将上述平滑处理后的数据线性拟合,得到螺纹牙廓形数据,通过牙廓形数据可以计算得到螺纹的各项参数,实现了内外管锥螺纹的在机检测过程。对比以往检测方式,该检测方式精度高、效率高、受人为因素影响小,并攻克了以往高精度激光测头难以深入内螺纹测量的技术瓶颈。

Analysis of Measuring Petroleum Thread on Machine Based on Laser Triangulation Principle
Abstract:In the past, petroleum pipe thread was mostly measured by thread gauge, which was inefficient and easily affected by human factors. A non-contact measuring method on machine was put forward to handle those problems. Based on laser triangulation principle, a high precision laser, which was installed in a way of specular reflection, was used for measuring internal and external taper thread, and then using sliding window self-adapting Lyite Criteria algorithm, removed the jump point from the measured data. After-wards, the thread tooth profile data was obtained through linear fitting by method of least square. Other parameters of the thread were calculated by the thread profile data, and measuring internal and external pipe thread on machine was achieved in this way. Compared with the previous one, this method has the advantage of high accuracy, high efficiency, less influenced by the human factors, and it made breakthrough in the measurement of internal thread by high precision laser.
