摘 要: | 液压挖掘机在给定负载工作时,运用便携式压力、流量综合特性测量仪,对挖掘机的动臂油缸、斗杆油缸的进出口压力进行测试。并将测试结果导入MATLAB中,绘制压力的动态变化曲线。结合流体力学等理论知识及各油缸的压力变化曲线,分析工作油缸前后的压力损失;并根据油缸制动后至稳定的时间长短,对各油缸的工作稳定性作了一定的评估,指出所需改进及注意的问题。

Abstract: | When a hydraulic excavator was working under a given load, the import and export pressures of the operating cylinder were tested by the comprehensive features portable pressure&flow meter.The test results were imported into MATLAB, and the dy-namic change curves of the pressures were drawn.Combining fluid mechanics theory with the cylinder pressure curves, the pressure los-ses before and after the oil cylinder were analyzed.According to the time span from brake to stable state, the stability of the cylinder was evaluated.The problems needed to improve and pay attention to were pointed out. |
