摘 要: | 基于液压脉动产生的机理,建立产生液压流量脉动的数学模型,分析了脉动频率、过流面积与压力脉动幅值的关系,设计了一种压力脉动连续吸收器,并对该吸收器进行试验。试验结果表明多次吸收压力脉动可有效降低压力脉动幅值。

Abstract: | Based on the theoretical analysis of hydraulic pulse mechanism and the relationship among the pulsation frequency, flow area and pressure fluctuation amplitude, a mathematical model of hydraulic fluid pulsation was built.According to the mathemati-cal model, a continuous pressure pulsation absorber was designed.The test results about the pulsation absorber show that the multiple absorbing pressure pulsation can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation amplitude. |
