活塞异形销孔镗削系统的研究

摘    要:由于传统的活塞销孔加工方式已经不能满足异形销孔的加工,提出了活塞异形销孔镗削系统,分析了异形销孔加工成型原理,根据该原理,研究并开发了高速旋转微量进给机构。研究表明:该活塞异形销孔镗削系统解决了活塞销孔复杂型线精密镗削的难题,实现了变形体在发生形变过程中重心在径向不移动,确保了在高速旋转镗削活塞销孔过程中镗削系统的动平衡,使用该系统加工的活塞销孔的粗糙度、外观以及微观形状得到了大幅提升。

Study of Non circular Piston Pin Hole Boring System
Abstract:Since the traditional processing technique can no longer meet the requirements of the manufacturing of piston pin hole with special line , a non-circular piston pin hole boring system was proposed , and the corresponding processing and forming principle was analyzed .Based on the principles , a high speed rotation micro feed system was studied and developed .The result shows that the problem of precision machining of piston pin hole with complex lines is solved by using the non -circular piston pin hole boring system , and the center of gravity of the deformable body can keep permanent at radial direction during the deformation process , which insures dynamic balance of the boring system during the high speed rotation boring process of the piston hole .Meanwhile , the surface finish and the appearance of the piston pin hole are highly improved as well as its micro-shape.
