注塑机双阶式射胶系统的理论分析

摘    要:提出一种注塑机双阶式射胶系统,介绍该射胶系统内部的双缸平衡结构,阐述其工作原理,建立了各环节的动力学方程和传递函数,对比分析了采用双缸平衡结构的优点:可以有效提高注射压力,运行稳定性好,能够在保证超大注射量需要的同时,有效提高注射精度,适合高精度注塑制品的生产;所加工的制品范围更广,通用性更强,具有良好的使用和推广价值。双阶式射胶系统使注塑机更精简和优化,成本低,生产效率高,制品质量高。

Theoretical Analysis of the Double Step Injection System of Injection Molding Machine
Abstract:A double step shot glue system of injection molding machine was presented. Two cylinder balance structure of the injecting system was discussed, and its working principle was described. The link dynamics equation and transfer function were presented. Through comparative analysis, the advantages of the two cylinder balance structure included improving injection pressure effectively, keeping operation stability well. At the same time, extra large injection and high injection accuracy were fit for a wider range product. So the double step shot glue system is more versatile, useful and valuable. It makes the injection molding machine more streamlined, optimal, affordable, efficient and high quality.
