摘 要: | 燃料运输设备是核电厂装换料系统的重要设备,为了研究燃料运输设备机液耦合系统的动力学特性,建立了机构动力学和液压控制联合仿真模型,对燃料运输设备倾翻过程进行了数值仿真,得到了燃料篮角速度、燃料篮转角、液压缸推力等动态性能参数。结果表明:基于液压驱动的燃料运输设备,其燃料篮可实现燃料组件水平状态与竖直状态的倾翻;在整个倾翻过程中燃料篮运行平稳、制动平稳,最大速度7.98(°)/s,没有出现速度陡变,可实现设计目标。

Research on Mechanics and Hydraulics Co simulation of Fuel Transfer System |

Abstract: | Fuel transfer system is one of the key equipments of fuel handling and refueling system in nuclear power plant. In order to research on dynamic characteristics of fuel transfer system of mechanics and hydraulics coupling system, a co-simulation model of mechanism of dynamics and hydraulic control was established. Fuel transfer system of upending process was researched by numerical simulation. Dynamic performance parameters, such as fuel basket angular velocity, rotate angle, hydraulic cylinder excursion force were obtained. Results show that the fuel transfer system based on the hydraulic driven, whose fuel basket can realize the overturning fuel assembly between horizontal and vertical state;fuel basket can run steadily and brake smoothly in the entire upending process, the maximum speed is 7. 98 (°)/s, no speed becomes steep, which can achieve the design goal. |
