全液压伞钻液压系统设计与仿真

摘    要:针对全液压六臂伞钻能量损失较大的问题,设计了负载敏感液压操控系统,并建立了全液压伞钻负载敏感系统AMESim仿真模型,仿真验证了系统的负载敏感性能以及回转回路的调速性能,结果说明:负载敏感回路中流量与控制阀开口量相关;在多个负载同时工作时,系统压力和流量均为负载敏感阀所调定的压力和流量,验证了液压系统设计与参数设置的合理性。

Hydraulic System Design and Simulation for a Hydraulic Umbrella Drill
Abstract:For a six-arm hydraulic umbrella drill, its energy loss is big.To solve the problem, a load-sensitive hydraulic system was designed, and its AMESim simulation model was established.The system’ s sensitiveness to load and speed control properties were validated by simulation.The simulation results show that in the load-sensitive hydraulic circuit, the flow is relative to the opening amount of the control valve;when multiple loads work simultaneously, the system keeps the pressure and flow that have been set by the load-sensitive valve.In conclusion, hydraulic parameters in this design are accurate and the design is validated by the simulation model.
