用于公交车制动能量回收液压系统的研究

摘    要:基于成都市公交车一条代表线路运行工况的调查分析结果,设计一套制动能量回收液压系统,在AMESim中建立了相应的模型,对系统的性能进行仿真研究。结果表明:采用变量泵/马达的系统较采用定量泵/马达的系统性能更优;公交车合成工况下,系统节能效率达到38.83%。

Study on Braking Energy Recovery Hydraulic System for City Bus
Abstract:Based on the survey of city bus driving condition in a typical line in Chengdu city,a hydraulic system was designed to recover the energy wasted in frequent braking. In order to research the performance of the system, a simulation was proceeded in AMESim. The result shows system with variable displacement pump/motor can achieve better performance than system with fixed displacement pump/motor; in driving cycle, this system can get an energy saving efficiency up to 38.83%.
