基于本体的混凝土泵车液压故障诊断方法

摘    要:针对混凝土泵车液压系统故障的特殊性,提出了基于本体知识库的故障诊断方法。采用面向故障诊断知识的三层本体结构模型,将泵车液压系统常见的故障用本体语义表示出来。对常见的油温过高现象与液压系统较易发生故障的结构单元如溢流阀构建单元故障诊断知识库,利用已有的诊断知识对其进行故障分析。对某型混凝土泵车液压系统进行了故障诊断测试实验。结果表明:文中提出的诊断方法克服了以往其他故障诊断方法的不足,提高了泵车液压系统故障诊断的准确率,保障了运行的可靠性,使液压系统的严重故障发生率下降了75.9%。

Fault Diagnosis Method for Hydraulic of Concrete Pump Trucks Based on Ontology
Abstract:A fault diagnosis method based on ontology knowledge base was proposed aiming at the fault particularity of the hydrau -lic system of concrete pump truck .A three layer ontology structure model based on fault diagnosis knowledge was used to express the common faults of the hydraulic system of the pump truck .For the common high temperature phenomenon and hydraulic system were more prone to faults in the structure unit such as overflow valve , the unit fault diagnosis knowledge base was constructed , and existing knowledge of diagnosis was used for the fault analysis .Test of fault diagnosis was carried out for the hydraulic system of a certain type of concrete pump truck .Results show that the proposed diagnosis method overcomes the shortcoming of past other fault diagnosis meth -ods, improves the accuracy of the pump hydraulic system fault diagnosis , and guarantees the reliability of the system , so as to decrease the incidence by 75.9%of the serious fault in hydraulic system .
