旋分机床样机的建模仿真与实现

摘    要:从理论上分析了旋分加工技术的特点;根据生产实际,利用三维设计软件进行旋分机床虚拟样机的简化设计;并利用Java Script语言与VRML语言的交互,实现旋分加工机床仿真加工;根据实验结果设计、制造出旋分加工机床,并进行实际加工操作。通过验证,旋分加工机床加工操作稳定、高效,能达到较高的加工精度。

Modeling Simulation and Implementation of Rotary Indexing Machine Prototype
Abstract:The characteristics of the rotary indexing processing technology were analyzed theoretically.According to the actual production, 3D design software was used to design rotary indexing machine virtual prototype.The interaction between JavaScript lan-guage and VRML language was used to realize the rotary indexing machining simulation.According to the experimental results, the ro-tary indexing machine was designed and manufactured, and the actual processing operation was done.Through verification, the rotary indexing machine processing is high efficiency and stable, high machining accuracy can be achieved.
