盘式纽扣电池自动检测系统的设计

摘    要:基于8位增强型51单片机技术,针对常用的盘式形状纽扣式电池的性能参数进行自动化检测系统的设计。该检测系统由送料装置、检测装置和接料装置3个部分组成,具有自动进料、检测、废料排出、接料等功能一体化的流水线检测方式,并且通过LCD12864液晶屏显示实时参数,可以降低电池检测过程中的不合格率,消除人工检测的弊端。

Design of Disc Button Battery Automatic Detection System
Abstract:Based on 8?bit enhanced 51 microcontroller technology, aiming at performance parameters of commonly used disc but?ton battery, automated detection system was designed. The detection system was consisted of three parts as a feeding device, detection device and splicing device, with automatic feeding, testing, waste discharge, and splice detection functions, and real?time parameters display through LCD12864 LCD screen. The failure rate of the battery detection process is reduced, and the drawbacks of manual in?spection are eliminated.
