摘 要: | 插补作为FDM成型中的关键环节,在FDM快速成型机中具有重要的作用,直接影响着加工成型的速度和精度,而采用极坐标的插补算法成本低、控制原理简单。鉴于极坐标下插补的优点,在对普通的直角坐标系插补算法的分析的基础上,对FDM快速成型机的极坐标插补算法进行了分析与设计,并且通过Delphi可视化软件的设计验证了该插补算法的可行性。为了使基于极坐标系下的插补算法更满足FDM快速成型机工作时对速度稳定性的要求,在此基础上,提出了时间分割的方法来优化该算法,从而保证了在一个周期内进给速度的稳定,熔滴成型的均匀性,大大提高了加工的精度。

Abstract: | Interpolation plays a very important role in FDM rapid prototyping machine , so it has a direct impact on the velocity and accuracy .Interpolation algorithm in polar coordinates has low cost and the control principle is simple .Given the advantages of the polar coordinate interpolation , detailed analysis and design on FDM rapid prototyping machine interpolation algorithm based on polar coordinate system were analyzed .Moreover , the feasibility of the interpolation algorithm was verified through Delphi programmed visual -ization software.On the basis of the above , the time intersected method was proposed to optimize the algorithm , so as to ensure the feed speed stability in a cycle , the uniformity of melt drip molding , greatly improving the machining precision . |
