摘 要: | 通过对某平立转换精轧机的齿轮脱合接手脱合困难、工作中自动脱出以及结合套磨损严重等问题的分析研究,结合精轧机的液压系统,找出问题的原因,并对原精轧机液压系统进行改进设计,实践结果表明:问题有明显的改善,减小了维修工时和备件费用,提高了生产效率。

Abstract: | Through the analysis of the problem that the gear de-closing mechanism of the horizontal-vertical con-vertible rolling mill is difficult to disengage,sometimes automatically disengages from work,and its binding sleeve wears serious etc,and combined with the hydraulic system,the cause of the problem is find . Then the hydraulic system of the mill is improved. The practical results show that the problem has obviously improved,maintenance man-hours and spare parts cost is reduced,the production efficiency is improved. |
