摘 要: | 异步电动机故障可能是瞬间的,也有可能循序渐进造成的。介绍了异步电动机在现场满负荷状态下运转获得的数据与iOS系统的结合和优化,设计了一种基于iOS平台的异步电机状态检测与故障诊断系统,该系统可以实时监测异步电机的工作状态,并对电机故障进行预估计或对已经发生的故障进行实时报警。

Design of Induction Motor Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System Based on iOS Platform |

Abstract: | Induction motor fault may be instantaneous or progressive.The combination and optimization of data obtained of induc-tion motor at full loads on site with the iOS operating system was described to design an induction motor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on the iOS platform, which can monitor operating status of induction motor in real-time and get a real-time alarm of preestimated of motor fault or malfunction as occurred. |
