用于阀门启闭的一体化作动器的仿真及优化

摘    要:针对用于阀门启闭的一体化作动器进行研究。提出一种用于阀门启闭的一体化作动器的技术方案,并进行液压系统设计和结构优化。应用AMESim软件对该种用于阀门启闭的一体化作动器进行建模和仿真,并对系统的响应特性进行仿真研究,此外还对比研究了蓄能器优化方案。结果证明:优化后的液压系统模型更合理,能在满足系统工况的要求下有效减小系统振动。

Simulation and Optimization of Integration Actuator Used for Start and Stop of Valve
Abstract:A kind of integration actuator was researched .This kind of actuator was used for starting and stopping valve.A tech-nology program for this kind of actuator was put forward, the hydraulic system design and structural optimization were made.Using AMESim, the integration actuator was modeled and simulated , the dynamic characters of the system were studied.Contrasting the ac-cumulator optimization scheme to the prioritization scheme, it is shown that the optimized hydraulic system is more reasonable.The new scheme not only can meet the working condition, but also decrease the vibration of the system effectively.
