基于MasterCAM四轴刀路设计的问题与对策

摘    要:探讨MasterCAM四轴刀路设计中出现的常见问题,介绍其他CAM软件中不多见的四轴粗加工解决方法,对四轴定向刀路设计中容易忽视的刀轴平面设置问题、不同版本下四轴刀路仿真存在的问题、曲面加工时表面质量不良问题等进行分析,并提出相应的处置对策。

The Problem and Countermeasure of the Design of the Four Axis Tool Path Based on MasterCAM
Abstract:The common problems in the design of four axis tool path by MasterCAM software were discussed. The four axis rough machining method, which was easy to ignore in the four axis tool path design of other CAM software, was introduced. And the problems of the four axis tool path simulation and the poor surface quality of curved surface were analyzed.
